According to our school policies regarding the faculties rights, we are entitled to have a three days leave every semester with appropriate cause of doing such matter.

In connection with this, I would like to request from your good office the permission to have a two-days leave. The requested dates are as follows:

July 25, 2015- SaturdayJuly 27, 2015- Monday

This urgent request I made is due to my wedding preparation which is I believe, needs a plenty of time and effort.
