Rates are valid from 14h00 on the day of arrival until 12h00 on the day of departure and includes the following:

Ndlovu BomaOpen air venue in the lodge area. Traditional Tswana Dancers perform around the fire. Capacity: 180 guests. Private venue surcharge applicable if booked privately. Music only permitted until 23h00 on request.

Mvubu Deck Walking distance from the Main Lodge. Capacity: 60 guests. Buffet menus only. Music or bands allowed on special request until 23h00. Mabula Traditional Tswana Dancers available to welcome guests only. Private venue surcharge applicable if booked privately

Fig TreeOpen air venue under a Fig Tree in the bush. Available for evening functions. No electricity. Generators, music or bands allowed on special request until 22h00. Generator hire. Mabula traditional Tswana Dancers. Buffet menus only. Only available for groups over 20 pax. Private venue surcharges applicable.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

Conservation fee: R 245.00 per vehicle and R 465.00 per coach (subject to change)

Extra charges: Beverages, telephone calls, laundry, curios, additional game activities, special dietary requirements and any other extra’s not included in the above package are charged on consumption and to be settled on departure.

Coach transfers can be arranged form Johannesburg and Pretoria and are quoted on separately depending on number of conference delegates.

LOCATION AND CONTACT DETAILS- 47 km from Bela Bela- 150 km from Pretoria and 212 km from Johannesburg(Approximately 2 ½ hours)

Take N1 freeway towards Pretoria.Turn off onto Pietersburg highway. Follow the road to Bela Bela.Take the Bela Bela Settlers off ramp.

Turn left at yield sign and proceed for ± 5kms to T -junctionTurn right into town. Go over bridge and turn left at the garage. Follow Thabazimbi road. Follow road past the Forever Resorts Aventura down to the traffic circle. At circle turn left on the Thabazimbi Rooiberg road and proceed along for 34kms.

Look out for the “Mabula trading store”.500m past the store turn right on Rooiberg tarred road.Follow Mabula signs for 11kms to Mabula gate.
