Leaving the Scheme - Transferring out

If you are eligible, complete the application pack at the back of the guide.

Send the form to NHS Pensions and let your employer(s) know as there may be forms they need to complete too.

If you wish to transfer to an overseas pension scheme then follow the above instructions but read and complete the application form in the Overseas Transfer Out Guide.

We will aim to process the transfer within 20 working days of receiving the request.
