1. Product introduction CLD high performance, energy efficient 100W LED High Bay adopts high-purity aluminium with

anodic oxidation processing on its surface, which looks compact and beautiful. The unique sheet radiator design which effectively generate the heat to radiator and transfer heat by air when the LED is lighting, thereby reducing the operating temperature of LED and ensure the 50000 h lifespan of LED.

Light source adopts single imported high power chip integrated style design. This design produces a high thermal conductivity, low luminous decay pure light colour output. The power supply is adopted with high efficiency, high PF power supply control system which equipped with PWM constant current and temperature compensation technology. It applies to wide input voltage (AC 100-240V), which overcomes the damage and unstable operation of the low bays due to the instability of the lighting grid and to avoid eye irritation and fatigue during working.

It reduces the energy consumption by 80% compared with incandescent, 70% compared with mercury and more than 50% compared to metal halide. It uses second distribution curve with lens and reflector to make the light curve symmetric with a circular spot.

5. UK Mains Voltage Test

Original measurements were taken in our factory and were conducted usually at 220V.

To provide the most accurate values for the electrical parameters we conducted a series of measurements in real time. The highbay was connected to mains voltage and linked to a high-end power meter. The measurements obtained are the relevant values for active power (P), reactive power (Q), apparent power (S), input current (I) and power factor (PF, not cosϕ) when the products are used with UK voltage.
