Lee's enthusiasm for his role is infectious. Having worked with him for several years, it is clear to see that he is able to identify what is required to support clients at each centre. Lee has been particularly effective in co-ordinating our Maths and English classes, ensuring appropriate classes are run where there is the need and that these classes rotate, so that everyone can access them at some point locally. Effective communication with ourselves, clients , centre and support staff has been key to the success and smooth-running of these courses.

“As Head Teacher of Downs View Infant School I have worked with Lee Robinson for more than five years. My school and its stakeholders have enjoyed and benefitted from an outstanding partnership with the Local Children’s Centre through the passion and commitment that Lee has demonstrated toward community involvement and provision. Lee was quick to identify that there was a need for our children and families and he worked tirelessly to form sustainable partnerships with the school, especially through the development of satellite services. These partnerships have not only been sustainable but have grown and developed as time has passed. I worked with Lee when he was driving a key International Account and also later when he worked as Sales Director UK. I was then leading a product development team and this is what I would say to someone who would ask me "Could you describe Lee in 5 key Sentences" : 1- Positive Attitude to business : Lee always looks at the glass half full, seeks opportunities to make things connect and happen, he has the ability to see what misses in order to fill it. 2- Drive for success and passion : Lee likes to win, he will drive others to get the a defined goal, he keeps driving until he gets to where he wants and his passion is relentless. 3- Never gives up : perseverance, the tougher the times, the more you can rely on Lee and whether you are on his team or he is in someone’s team, you can count on him and his strong sense of loyalty and ethics make him a very strong ally. 4- Innovator, not just Creator : Lee knows that creativity for its own sake is not enough and he keeps looking for commercial value in order to bring creativity to be useful. He has a canning way to always find new ways. Lee will always find alternative ways to find solutions. 5- Relationship builder & Charisma : Lee connects with people, he genuinely gets close to other's persona and will engage with individuals. I am an advocate of Heart Leadership. It is important that I make those around me feel better about themselves – whether this is a local mum needing guidance or a Key Opinion Leader needing sales, marketing or creative support...or someone I am simply meeting for the first time. A friend or a stranger. It’s about People!

The “Why” I make people feel positive about themselves and their environment…encouraging work colleagues to
