CostThe cost for a stall at the 2017 Leeds Print Fair is for the whole weekend. There are two zones. Zone A which is the central zone will be charged at £80 for the two days and Zones B will be charged at £60 for the two days. If you would like the 7ft x 3 ft display panels in grey, they are a further £20 for the weekend.

This includes: Extensive flyer distribution Press releases to local and regional media and interested groups Social media campaigns to interested groups A poster in PDF format for exhibitors to email to their followers Publicity on the Leeds Print Fair blog: leedsprintfair.wordpress.com Signage outside the venue 30 flyers for your own distribution

The cost does not include: Table covering or chair Publicity material and mail-outs other than those listed above Technical support – exhibitors will set up and take down their own display Insurance of your works. Every reasonable precaution for health and safety

has been provided for the event and we take no responsibility for personal injury to you or anyone visiting your stand who may be injured due to actions or by way of your stall set up, carried out by you and anyone running or connected to your stall.

CriteriaTo be accepted into this fair, you must meet the following criteria:

You have designed and made the work yourselves

The work is made using some form of print process e.g. screen-print, woodcut, monoprint, etching etc. or a combination of these.

Original digital prints should be printed with light-fast or archival inks.

Terms & Conditions:

We are responsible for the provision of the event venue, stall and display equipment as listed above, stall space allocated at our discretion and marketing and promotion for the event.

You are responsible for manning your stall at all times during the event or giving authorisation for others to do this for you ensuring your stall is supervised at all times. The event opening times are 10.00am - 5.00pm, with access to setup from 8.30am.

Payments - you are responsible for providing payment facilities to your customers either by forms of cash or debit/credit card. There is limited Wifi connectivity at the Corn Exchange so this must be considered before the event. We do not take liability for loss or theft.

Once applications have been processed we may ask for additional information and/or images to support the promotion of this event. We will not reproduce, sell or deface any such image without prior consent and will always ensure your information is protected and represented in the best way possible.

Data Protection Any personal information we collect from you will be used in accordance with

the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws, and will solely be used to contact you regarding Leeds Print Fair Events.
