A COOKTOP OF AMAZING PERFORM

For your added convenience, the Legacyfeatures electronic ignition and flame re-ignition. If the flame is accidentallyextinguished, the burner automatically relights at the same level.

The Legacy’s burners have dual heads – aninner and outer ring of flame to maintainprecise and uniform temperatures from amaximum of 15,500 BTU down to 450 BTU fora true simmer. While other manufacturerspromise this extra low setting, no one candeliver with the consistency of a Heartland.The inner ring of the Legacy burner delivers aconstant flame at 450 BTU.

On the 36” Legacy Range, you have the option ofa grill that takes the pleasure of indoorbarbecuing to the extreme. Our designers createda burner system that keeps smoke to the bareminimum while maximizing flavour and aroma.There are two burners – each with anindependent control for an impressive range ofpower from as high as 7,500 BTU to as low as1,000 BTU per burner. Make one steak well-doneon the back burner at one temperature as yousear a rare fillet at an other temperature on thefront. Parts are easy to remove and clean –100%porcelain coated and dishwasher safe. Our grillalso features automatic flame re-ignition.

Installed by Heartland craftsmen at our factory,the grill replaces two of the burners on your 36”Legacy Range. When ordering your range,indicate if you prefer the grill.

The Legacy Range features a special 3 element system. The bottom element is for standard baking, the rear for convectionbaking, and the instant heat ceramic ribbonbroil element behind glass. Instead of bulky coils on top of the range, we concealedthe elements to provide faster heat up timesand easier clean up.The Legacy also offers full broilingtemperature control from 550°F down to 150°F.

You have the option of regular baking and broiling or convection. Notice that we’ve placed a ring element around theconvection fan for even heat distribution.Cooking times are reduced; roasts are juicierand pastries rise to delicious new heights.
