The Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal (DFRT) Decisions on the Legal Officers' Specialist Officer Career Structure (LOSOCS), the ADF LOSOCS Policy dated 13 Sep 18 and previous LO CPDC Policy Decisions 73/07, 131/07, 23/09. 32/10, 65/13, 55/14, 52/15, 84/16 and 102/17. 2. That the delivery of Legal Education Services for Defence Legal is covered in a contract with the Australian National University (ANU) and the University of Adelaide as a consortium. 3. That PLO undertaking LTM3 are required to complete four 'electives' in order to be awarded a Master of Military Law by the Australian National University (ANU) (unless they have an existing Master of Law degree, or equivalent). 4. The Military Law Centre's (MLC) annual review of elective subjects for Legal Training Module (LTM) 3 dated 20 Nov 18 and DMLC's recommendations for approved LTM3 elective subjects for 2019. Subject: Policy - Approval of LTM3 Elective Subjects for 2019

The Committee noted:
