He; beginning of his story

Once upon a time; October 2, 1995 to be exact, there was a woman, let’s call her, Albina, who was about to give birth. His husband was beside her, trying his best to comfort her. He’s Juanito. The couple was very jubilant. Finally! After trying so hard to have a baby, after waiting for 9 long months, they were about to see their child.

After a couple of pushes, a pool of tears, a number of hate words to his husband, Behold! A child was born. He was the most handsome baby they have ever seen, the most wonderful, all the positive things you could ever say to a child; he’s perfect for them.

The boy was the couple’s only child. They tried their best to give everything they could. They sent him only to what they believe the finest institution. He spent his elementary days on Montessori School of Malolos. The child was great! He was a fast learner. He grew to the fine young lad Juanito and Albina wished for.

In the Philippines, the country where the boy lived, it’s customary and ethical for a boy to undergo circumcision, much to the child’s horror. The boy was terrified. Who would not be? It’s every boy’s worst nightmare. But he’s brave, he won’t let his parents especially his mother down. He faced his fear! He entered the hospital without any trace of doubt. Sat on the doctor’s operating table, took a deep breath in. Murmured his little prayer then closed his eyes. A loud cry was heard on the four corners of the room. Alas! It was done. He walked in a funny manner away from the hospital holding a part of his shorts up. His head was held high, the fear he had before, it’s gone now. It was replaced with a sense of pride knowing that officially, he’s a young man now.

After finishing his elementary, he was enrolled in an all-boys school; Claret School of Quezon city. His first year was great. He had found a new set of friends, though still adjusting to his new surroundings.

They say that highschool is the best year of anyone’s life. But not his second year on highschool. It’s the worst year for him. Because of puberty? Maybe. We really don’t know the reason. Let’s just leave it to his privacy.

Before, he thought that circumcision would be the worst thing he could ever experience. But faith must be kidding him. He experienced, according to him the major problem he could ever have; a boil. Yes! A boil. And he’s so lucky that of all parts of his body a boil could develop, it developed on his crotch. It’s like winning the mega lotto grand price. Imagine the pain of every step he would take; it’s like living his worst nightmare… Again.

He finished his high school without any headache given to his mother. He developed his self-confidence, a little too much if you would ask me. His hormones also did their best for he had grown to a 6 ft. man. And maybe, having attended an all-boys school, and being a man himself, he’s fond of those sexy actresses and watching rated X films.
