Will the Minister of Urban Development be please to

state:

(a) whether it is a fact that records have been prepared

of vacant land of DUSIB in Adarsh Nagar Assembly

Constituency;

(b) If so, details thereof;

(c) If not, by when such records will be prepared;

(d) Whether there is any scheme of the government

to make boundary wall after taking possession of

such vacant land so that it may be used

appropriately in public interest; and

(e) Whether it is also a fact that survey of vacant land

in A-Block of Jahangir Puri was done by Executive

Engineer and other officers and assurance was

given by these officers to make Community hall

and toilet block but no action has been taken till

date in this regard ?

beer shops which have been given licence by

Excise Department in Kondli Assembly

Constituency since 2015; and

(b) Details of the number of applications for new liquor

shops and departmental stores/beer shops

received, number of applications rejected and

number of applications allowed since 2015 ?

(a) Number of stalls/temporary shops which have been

allowed by SDMC in weekly bazaar at Sheikh

Sarai, Phase-I & Phase-II in AC-50;

(b) Please provide drawings showing demarcation of

area allocated/permitted for weekly bazaar at

Sheikh Sarai, Phase-I & Phase-II in G.K. (AC-50);

(c) Details of allottees who are allowed to put their

stalls in above weekly bazaars;

(d) Details of dimension of each stall which is allowed

in these bazaars;

(e) Details of officers who are responsible to ensure

that these bazaars do not encroach other area or

extend their area;

(f) Complete details of all action taken against these

bazaars or any kiosk holder for any illegal/irregular

action from 01.01.2015 to 30.06.2018; and

(g) Provide copy of all complaints received by SDMC

with regards to these bazaars ?

(b) whether it is a fact that there is a dispute at Khasra

No.23 at Rama Vihar, Mundka Vidhan Sabha due

to which the colony has not been provided NOC;

(c) if so, reasons thereof;

(d) Details of policy of construction of roads

connecting two or more colonies in Delhi;

(e) whether it is a fact that DSIIDC is not issuing NOC

to other departments like Irrigation and Flood

Control for execution of development works in

colonies handed over to DSIIDC;

(f) if so, reasons thereof;

(g) which agency prepares GSDL maps of various

colonies, forest areas etc in Delhi;

(h) which authority verifies the authenticity of GSDL

maps in Delhi;

(i) which authority uploads GSDL maps on UD website

and other concerned websites in Delhi;

(j) which authority has prepared, approved and

uploaded the GSDL maps of Rama Vihar Colony,

Utsav Vihar, Shiv Vihar in Mundka Vidhan Sabha;

(k) in case of denial by forest department of having

any forest land in a particular area but GSDL

showing that there is a forest land, then who is

responsible for this contradiction ?

from its promise of help to MCDs;

(c) Whether it is also a fact that recently all three

mayors of North, South & East MCD had staged a

protest at the residence of Chief Minister;

(d) What were their demands;

(e) Category wise details of Salary & Arrears due from

Delhi Government to its employees;

(f) What are the orders of Delhi High Court in this

regard;

(g) Amount of fund to be released by Government

under Municipal reforms;

(h) Whether Government agrees with the claim of

mayors of MCDs that under this head they had to

be allocated Rs. 1322 Crore; and

(i) Whether it is also a fact that all three MCDs have

to be allocated Rs.1179 Crore under Global

Share?

in N-43, Badli Industrial Area Camp in Rohini,

Assembly Constituency;

(b) Whether Government has any proposal for

rehabilitation of this camp;

materialised till date; and

(d) Details including number of Jhuggi residents of

this camp, their names and the amount deposited

by them for shifting ?

(a) Whether it is a fact that scores of small scale

industries have came up on both sides of Military

Road near MCD Office in Karol Bagh;

(b) Whether it is also a fact that trade/factory/industrial

activities are being carried out in portions of

residential properties in violation of policy of MCD

and provisions of MPD-2021;

(c) whether it is also a fact that there are unauthorized

industrial units with no regulatory norms running

in residential area and involved in Jeans factory,

washing plants, etc. using illegal power

connection;

(d) whether it is also a fact that with influx of people

associated with these industries there are blatant

safety & regulatory violations in the area in terms

of fire, water and waste disposal posing danger

as man made disaster;

(e) whether action has been taken by the department

against concerned officials of the department with

whose connivance power connections have been

given to these industrial units resulting in

unauthorized industrial activity in the area;

(f) whether it is a fact that local MLA had made

complaints on the above issues to Power

Department through letter No.111608/04/07/18

dated 04.07.2018 ; and

(g) if so, action taken by the department on the

complaint ?

constituency, LED lights were installed from MLA

LAD Fund;

(d) whether Power Department was informed after

completion of the work;

(e) if so, whether the NOC / list of completed works of

LED lights from MLA LAD Fund was provided to

the agency;

(g) Number of LED lights which were permitted to be

installed from MLA LAD Fund since 2014-15,

2015-16; and

(h) What action is taken if work is left unfinished

midway by the agency?

licences given to liquor outlets selling liquor

directly to people over the counter;

(b) List of licences granted by the department to liquor

serving/selling establishments including

restaurants and hotels in Malviya Nagar assembly

number of the licence holder, name of shop/

restaurant, type of licence, date when granted,

condition on which granted, complaints, if any and

contact details of authorities which entertain

complaints against each licence operational at

present in Malviya Nagar Assembly Constituency;

(c) Whether it is a fact that liquor outlet run by DTTDC

in Yusuf Sarai Market has been shifted to B-6,

Safdarjung Enclave market;

(d) If so, copy of all the orders relevant to shifting may

be provided;

(e) What decision has been taken by the department

on the complaint made by local MLA against

shifting of above liquor shop;

(f) Whether it is a fact that protests were made by

the residents and RWAs where above liquor shop

was shifted;

(g) If so, action taken by the department on their

demand;

(h) Whether it is also a fact that the liquor shop owner

moved to Delhi High Court to get an order against

the protesters;

(i) If so, copy of the order may be provided;

(j) What were the reasons because of which DTTDC

did not apprise the court that there was no locus

of liquor shop owner to ask for relief against the

protesters;

(k) Present status of the policy of Delhi Government

under which it is essential to consult local people

for opening/shifting of a liquor shop in the area;

(l) By when this policy will be enforced; and

(m) What are the ways and means to shift/close a

liquor shop which creates law and order problem?

order deputing its employees in Shabdarth without

the approval and concurrence of Shabdarth

Chairman;

(b) whether it is also a fact that those deputed in DIP

following any procedure;

(c) under which rule DIP employees have been given

dual posting in Shabdarth; and

(d) whether any extra salary is being given to these

employees; and

(e) if so, with whose approval and the amount thereof?

Cluster residents living behind have to face lot of

problems while moving from this area;

(c) Whether it is also a fact that the residents and

RWA of Vishnu Garden have been requesting for

shifting of this J.J. Cluster since 1996;

to re-habilitate these Jhuggi Clusters; and
