• unauthorisedly transmits any false, fabricated, indecent or obscene intelligence;

• intentionally modifies or interferes with the contents of a message sent by means of a network;

• prevents or obstructs the transmission or delivery of any intelligence;

• Intercepts or unauthorisedly discloses the contents of intelligence;

• damages, removes, interferes or tampers unauthorisedly deciphers the contents
