20 years of reliable accounting in challenging international conditions

Leinonen Group is a Finnish-owned private accounting and advisory company, which was originally established in Finland in 1989 under the name Tehotilit Oy.

There has always been international demand for a reliable accountancy partner. Even in 1993 the company opened an office in Estonia and rather soon after in Latvia (1995) and Lithuania (1996). These offices in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius are among the oldest and largest accounting companies operating in the Baltic states. Since the very beginning, these Baltic companies have operated under the name of Leinonen, after the name of the founder and owner of the company – Mr. Leinonen.

In St. Petersburg, Leinonen has provided accounting services since 1995. A more recent growth phase began when the Moscow office was opened in autumn 2006, followed by an office in Warsaw, Poland (2008) and in Sofia, Bulgaria (2008).

In summer 2011 the second Lithuanian office was opened in Kaunas and in the same autumn the Hungarian office was opened in Budapest. Sweden and Ukraine received their local Leinonen offices in Stockholm and Kiev, respectively, when companies were established in the beginning of 2012. In 2013, Leinonen opened a new office in Oslo, Norway.

Today there are 13 Leinonen offices in 11 countries and more than 150 employees in the Group. Leinonen aims to continue growth by enlarging its service offerings and office network in the future. It is our aim to be an excellent partner for our customers and stakeholders.
