The majority of “Lemcon Americas” staff are in LAM LAM operations in most all local markets/jurisdictions LAM’s services include:

CORE USA SERVICES

In-Building projects—Designing, installing, and maintaining DAS and public safety networks, including Wi-Fi (and including outdoor networks)

Tower projects—Erecting and/or upgrading tower/monopole sites

Special network projects—Managing new network deployments across markets, remote integration of new sites, network upgrades and removals, etc


Lemcon USA primarily works for Tier-1 carriers and OEMS Nokia is the primary enterprise channel partner (since 1995),

Motorola the main public safety partner client, and AT&T the primary network that Lemcon USA maintains/repairs across the USA

The in-house ground and tower crews have extensive experience in EF&I as well as the installation of large antennas, and the other systems and equipment found on tower, rooftop, water tank and other sites

Delivered over 1,000 LTE sites for Nokia on T-Mobile’s Rural Americas and site modification projects while managing eight (8) markets in five (5) states in 2014-2016

Installations of Aviat microwave backhaul systems across NJ, OH, and PA to support high-speed financial trading networks

Installation of a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) to support Sprint at Gillette Stadium

Microwave installations for Motorola to support NYC’s move to an E-911 emergency response platform (the NYPD PSAC2 project)

Tower relocate/re-stack for City of Fort Worth, plus installation of an expensive, advanced weather radar system needing heaving electrical and HVAC customization


Lemcon USA Corporation has been building, integrating, and maintaining carrier networks for 15 years

Lemcon USA holds multi-year, specialized contracts to maintain specific carrier network elements/equipment

Crews respond to demand dispatch (emergency repair) work tickets in TX, AR, MS, NJ, PA and NY (which are often governed by 2-hour-response requirements and related SLAs)

Extensive experience in performing Remote Integration of new cell sites (ie, ensuring they fit well into the network)

WIRELESS DEPLOYMENTS


Performed on a 2,000+ new cell site rollout; work involving the removal of Nortel equipment and the installation of Nokia equipment (also with a training component)

Lemcon USA has maintained/serviced 100’s of Cell-on-Wheels

Lemcon USA has developed and managed some 30-40 engineering staffers at a time in performing remote integration work for AT&T

Lemcon has established itself as a world leader in Remote Integration Services (RIC) in North and South America, and in the USA – has integrated/upgraded in excess of 50k cell sites

Rolled out much of the AT&T 2G network, with Nokia, in markets such as Louisiana, California, Las Vegas, New York City, Nashville, Knoxville, New Jersey and elsewhere11

OTHER PROJECTS


Lemcon USA staff use iBwave and other RF design tools to model out connectivity solutions inside buildings/venues

The In-Building solutions support carrier cell phone calls as well as other devices (tablets, machine-to-machine, etc)

Venues serviced include stadiums, schools, industrial parks, high-rise office, and residential
