Lemon and Herb Chicken Marinade Thyme Parsley Rosemary Chives Tarragon Lemon Olive Oil Salt Pepper Roughly chop all of the herbs. Squeeze in the juice of 1 or 2 lemons. Add salt & pepper and a generous amount of olive oil (enough to cover the chicken). Let marinate for at least an hour. Grill on the BBQ, or bake in the oven @375°F.
