Lemonade Scones from the kitchen of Sam
Ingredients
2 Cup plus 2 Tablespoon Self
Raising Flour
2/3 Cup Lemonade
2/3 Cup Cream
Egg and dash of milk
Method
Preheat oven to 220 deg/200 fan forced
Grease baking tray
Mix all ingredients by hand sprinkle flour over hands first to
avoid dough sticking to hands
Once dough forms, pour onto a floured surface, roll out with a
dusted rolling pin
Cut into shapes I use a glass dipped in flour
Reform dough by placing offcuts together and repeating roll out
Place on tray, brush with mix of egg and milk
Bake for 12-15min until golden brown
