Private Residence Client wished for a grand entry for guests. Ceiling treated with faux iron grilles with sky. Trompe l’oeil carved stone plaque with special meaning to family on stairwell wall. Columns and ceilings in adjoining spaces also artistically finished.
Ravens Read Lenehan Studios worked with The Ravens Foundation in refurbishing the media center at Charles Carroll Barrister Elemetary school in southwest Baltimore by creating trompe l’oeil murals of Poe in several areas. With Nancy Pascale Interiors

Underseas Nursery A realistic mural encompassing walls, ceiling, and furniture to inspire the little
one’s imagination. This mural was completed on canvas (including the ceiling) and installed on site allowing for minimal
onsite work and easy removal if needed. With The Decorating Therapist
African Savannah A Safari themed nursery transports the child to far away places while engaging them in learning about different animals. A Family Legacy Pete Pappas & Sons commissioned a mural for their conference room depicting the history of
the family business. Four generations are shown with the current owner symbolically handing over ownership to his two sons.

Deanne Lenehan founded Lenehan Studios llc as Deelite Design in 2006 while working as a high school art teacher. Ever since her first commis-sioned mural in 2001 she has been hooked and strives to provide her clients with innovative and exception-ally executed installations.
During the course of her decora-tive painting career, Dee has been privileged to study with some of the industry’s top artists. She was se-lected to work with William Cochran on his installation of his work “The Dreaming” in Frederick, Maryland. She has studied in Versailles, France; organized a team of 30 fellow artists to work with the crew for “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition; and has participated in over a dozen regional decorator show houses.
Dee is the founder of the Ellicott City Arts Coalition and has organized three Annual Ellicott City ArtWalks. She was also voted “Baltimore’s Best Decorative Artist.”
