In this guide, i’ll explan How to disassemble Lenovo Thinkpad X201 to remove and

replace hard drive, ram, keyboard, palm rest, wireless card, motherboard, heat sink and

cooling, refer on this guide, you can repair, upgrade, clean cooling fan for your Thinkpad

power off your laptop, unlock and remove the battery.

remove twelve screws from bottom case

remove the hard drive cover, pull out the hard drive module

flip over your laptop, sliding the keyboard to the screen, lift up the keyboard and

disconnect the keyboard cable, then you can remove the keyboard.
