Leonard Cohen, who had approximately 5 lawyers in Court, has now threatened Kelley Lynch and issued an ultimatum: withdraw the Motion for Terminating Sanctions or he will retaliate with a Motion for Sanctions. Judge Hess refused to order Cohen, at Lynch's request, to file the Motion for Sanctions. Leonard Cohen's arguments that Kelley Lynch is attempting to harass him by addressing legitimate legal issues and his attempts to violate her first amendment rights to free speech are utterly pathetic. He is now represented by her younger son's father's custody lawyer who destroyed the lives of Lynch's sons - via a default judgment. She sees right through these unconscionable tactics and vicious retaliation.
