IERC REQUIRMENTS

• SARA Title III plans should observe the provisions of

OSHA’s 1910.120.

• Remember uploading the LEPC plan allows for 10 MB per

element in Tier II Manager, with a total of 90 MB in all.

• Plans can be divided into nine elements, with 10 MB per section

available (or as many sections that is preferred) to fit it into the

90 MB.
