AV Simulation is the result of the merger of two French leaders in innovation: Renault

and Oktal. The startup is also software editor of SCANeR™ Studio.

AV Simulation’s activities are twofold:

SCANeR™ Studio is the ideal simulation and validation platform for automotive

between ADAS and drivers and it is now used throughout the testing

process thanks to its versatile architecture and its

GEOFLEX is the operator of new Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS)

augmentation services based on the PPP-CNES technology (Precise Point Positioning),

continents, on oceans, and in the air for altitudes under 25 000km, at all times with a

single receiver, without any nearby GNSS permanent station.

The PPP-CNES technology consists to model and estimate

in real time all the different errors affecting GNSS

measurement. This technology provides added value in the

New Imaging Technologies (NIT) offers CMOS and InGaAs imaging sensors and cameras

operating over an extraordinarily dynamic range of more than 140dB. Its sensors are

At NIT, they believe the road to robustness starts at the CMOS sensor level by providing

a reliable scene acquisition that will strengthen tracking algorithms, avoid any loss of

information and reduce the number of trials necessary to qualify the system.

With NIT logarithmic sensors, the void of information is nearly impossible. With a single

exposure time, more than 140dB of scene dynamic is instantaneously captured with

virtually no saturation. This feature helps robust and modular design as image sensing

and image processing can be completely separated.
