Doldrums(n.) a state or period of inactivity, stagnation, or depression.

Sailors sometimes have difficulty when sailing in the doldrums. Winds will be light causing boats to come to a standstill, sometimes for days. Only sudden storms with strong winds allow sailors to move on.

Indignant

(adj)- Feeling characterized by, or expressing indignation of anger and frustration

Sentence- I felt indignant when I didn’t complete all my homework before my baseball game so I could not play at the state championships.

Lethargic

The man complained complete balderdash about the law {no ice cream in your back pocket on Sunday.
