GUESTS: Families and Over 25 only, and no smoking or pets, please.

No Senior week, prom weeks, or rentals to teens and college students. The primary renter must be 25 years old. Renting party must be present at the property during the rental period.

CANCELLATION: TENANT can only cancel reservation in writing. If TENANT cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, TENANT will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a

15% service fee to re-list and re-book the property.

Purchase of Travel Insurance is strongly encouraged along with reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the TENANT’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Terms and conditions

RATES: Subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

RESERVATION: TENANT must sign and return the rental agreement with the deposit within 7 days to hold the date or the reservation will be canceled. A 50% deposit is due within 7 days. The remaining 50% of the rent rate, $79 damage insurance, and cleaning fee (if less than 7 night stay) will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
