By Road

Exit the A9 at the Kessock Bridge Roundabout, first exit, heading towards the City Centre on Longman Road/ A82. At the next two roundabouts take the 2nd exit, staying on Longman Road/ A82. At the Shore Street Roundabout take the first exit onto Chapel Street/ B865. At the traffic lights turn right onto Friar’s Lane/ B862. Drive straight along Bank Street, then straight onto Castle Road at the traffic lights, and then take the right hand fork onto Ness Bank. The hotel is situated on the left, two-thirds of the way along Ness Bank, as the road narrows, with a white wall at the entrance.

By Rail

We are a 10 minute walk from the train station. Exit by the main entrance and cross Station Square walking towards Academy Street. Turn left onto Academy Street, right onto Union Street, left onto Church Street, right onto Bank Lane and then right onto Bank Street. Walk straight along Bank Street, then onto Castle Road, taking the right hand fork onto Ness Bank. The hotel is situated on the left, two-thirds of the way along Ness Bank, as the road narrows, with a white wall at the entrance.

By Air

Inverness Airport is 17 minutes from the hotel, regular bus ser-vices run to the City Centre, or by car follow the A96 toward In-verness then the instructions for road above.
