India is an old country, and also one of four ancient civilizations.Because of the long and complex history , you can see many kinds of cultural mixes in Indian food .

For example , Islam culture plays an important part on Indian phylogeny.That’s also the reason why now almost every meals you know in India is full of spices and spicy. When England colonized India , they also bought their custom to here. And the India people were been used to drink tea since then.

India cuisine or Indian food encompasses a wide variety of regional cuisines native to India. Given the range of diversity in soil type, climate and occupations, these cuisines vary significantly from each other and use locally available spices , herbs , vegetables and fruits. Indian food is also heavily influenced by religious and cultural choices and traditions.

Chai is the word for tea in many parts of the world. It is a centuries-old beverage which has played an important role in many cultures. But when you see Chai in India , that means one kind of special milk tea.

The milk tea---Chai , from India has a special flavor by a lot of spices. And it has become increasingly popular throughout the world.

Drinking Chai is part of life in India and most Indian's are amazed at all the current fuss in the West. It's difficult to resist a second cup.

The most common spices are cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and pepper.

Lassi is a very popular yogurt based drink that originates in the Punjab regions of India and Pakistan. They somewhat resemble a milkshake or smoothie and are made the same way, by blending the ingredients.

In India , Lassis are enjoyed chilled as a hot-weather refreshment, mostly taken with lunch. With a little turmeric powder mixed in, it is also used as a folk remedy for gastroenteritis.

The salted Lassi are made with yogurt, water, salt and can have some spices and even rose water can be added. The sweet versions are made the same way as the salted versions just omitting the salt and adding fruit and a sweetener.

There are savory or salted Lassi and sweet Lassi made with fruits.

Today , it also become the common drink in store.

Samosa is a famous Indian snack, it can be probably be found anywhere in the world! They're a lovely snack for a cold day when you're just feel hungry, nothing else.

Samosa is a kind of fried or baked pastry with a savory filling, such as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, lentils, ground lamb, ground beef or ground chicken.

Its size and consistency may vary, but typically, it is distinctly triangular.

When you want to make Samosa , you may need those things

1 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp raw mango powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder1/2 tsp garam masalaSalt to tasteVegetable/meat/ canola/sunflower cooking oil for deep frying
