I am writing to recommend Miss Britton Taylor for a position with your firm. I have worked with Miss Taylor for a year and have found her to be an exemplary model of hospitality. She is reliable, disciplined and extremely calm under pressure. I have personally observed her creative solutions to problems many times and have marveled at her display of wisdom beyond her years. She has always exhibited a sunny disposition, engaging customer service skills and an ability to multi-task while remaining focused on the guest at hand. My sentiments would be echoed by all of her colleagues as her presence here at Naples Bay Resort is greatly missed.
