Dear Mr. Vailoces:
As an opening salvo for the 15th anniversary of the Youth AGENT for DevelopmentFederation (YADFed), a youth organization under the City Population Office, and inpartnership with the City Tourism Office, in celebration of the Tourism Month, we proudlybring to you the Dumaguete YADFed Extreme Amazing Race on 17 September 2011. Thiswhole-day event would be packed with activities that would cover the entire city whererace participants would be passing through all major landmarks, and most exciting, a fun-packed one-night concert at the Quezon Park will be staged as the finale of the race.
In connection to the aforementioned event, we would like to request three bands fromFoundation University to play on the finale. (The screening process will be done by us assoon as response is received.) After each band, we also ask that an intermission numberbe provided by your school showcasing your most talented students and groups. If you can
require your students to be part of the audience, we will be more than happy.
Should you have inquiries and other concerns, please feel free to contact us. We lookforward to your cooperation.
Thank you.
