    2014, the board approv ed the following two motions with timelines for each of you:Motion by Tucker, seconded by Bates, to request that Mr. VanDussen and Mr. Cookesubmit letters to the Board of Com missioners through Dawn O lney) by no later thannoon on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, concerning how they believe the Board ofCom missioners should proceed due to the submission of the recent Consent Judgm ent;and that either or both of them may appear at the February 18, 201 4 meeting to providefurther explanation as to how they believe the adm inistrative proceedings should proceed.Ayes: Bates Griner Kelley Rineer Tanner Tucker and Walterhouse Nays: NoneM otion carried.Motion by Tanner, seconded by Bates, to have the County Clerk notify Mr. Roy andrequest that he be present on February 18, 2014 and she notify M r.
