Letter of permission for location-

For my A2 Media Production I will be making a horror/thriller film trailer. I would like to use your house for the home that my characters live in as well as where my antagonist is plotting his revenge. Your house will be shown in my video for a short period of time which will be shown to my media teachers, examiners and piers. I will be using the outside of your house more than the inside but I may need to film a little of the inside of your house. If you give me permission to use your house could you please sign below.

I would like you to be one of these six characters, the character I have chosen for you to do has been circled and in some cases you may be able to play two characters if you give permission. My media production will be shown to my teachers, examiners and piers so not many people will actually get to see it. I will have a script that will be given to your part if you have a part to say, the script is very simple and there isn’t much to remember. If I have chosen you to be the antagonist then you will have to wear a teddy bear mask and dark clothing but if not, your character can wear any type of clothing.
