We are very much inspired by your visionary lead rship to lead our country on the path of all round prosperity t at is the real honour to the architect of the Indian constitution On this very auspicious occasion I would like t cite an example of how even after 66 th year of enactme t of our Constitution, gross injustices are being committed a d justice deliberately delayed. In this regard I would like to draw your kind attentiac towards my humble submission. During the first NDAGoverl'ment the then Honble I & B Minister Hon'ble Late Shri, Pramod Mahajan allowed incentive to 11 categories of Prasar Bharti I Employeesbut unfortunately many cadreswere leftlOut. Then the UPA Government tried to sort out this injustice through GOM and it took a decision to grant incentive of similar pattern to Administrative cadre. It not only took decision in this regard but assured Parliamentvide Lok Sabha Unstarred Question No. 4333 answered on 22.12.2005. Later, GOM abolished by the present NDA Govern~ent andthe matter thereafter was not returned to the Cabinet by theMinistry of Information and Broadcasttnq in cornollance withOM issued by Cabinet Secretariat, order NO.1/11/3/2r,14-cab.Dated 4thJune 2014. Also this, matter was also raised on twomore occasions in the Parliamentl (us. No. 312 & 274) in2016

Therefore it is requested that in \the light of the r~amble(equality of status and of opportunity, to all as ens rlned inthe Constitution of India) kindly extend justice to theadministrative of All India Radioand Doordarshan. \
