Cognizant’s iSMART
Cognizant designed integrated Social Media Analytics and Reporting Tool (iSMART), figure 1, to meet a l l soc ia l media needs across organizations. It is customizable and provides real-time insight into the organization’s social media effectiveness.
iSMART extracts data from the multiple sources using Big data. This data is integrated with the tradit ional data warehouses to unearth meaningful insights.
iSMART serves as a conduit integrating traditional BI and Social BI. It enables organizations to monitor, track and measure effectiveness of their social media initiatives on their preferred social media sites. It also provides capabilities to integrate social media data with enterprise data warehouses which enables organizations to keep close track of ROI of social media initiatives.
