The LIAISON® QuantiFERON®-TB Gold Plus Solution requires that
the four QuantiFERON-TB
Gold Plus tubes are introduced on the Analyzer with unique
identifier ID’s for each tube. While
individual tube results are provided, these values are used to
calculate a single patient result.
LIAISON® QuantiFERON® Software (LQS) is a flexible lab tool that
can be installed between the
LIAISON® XL and LIS to provide the following features:

QFT®-Plus Blood Collection Tubes of different patients mixed all
together in bulk. The tubes of the same patient have a portion of
barcodes in common that allows LQS to identify the patient. Tube
type must be attributed manually.
