We have some local residents that have said they can pick up
people at the airport.
There is also a yellow checkered shuttle from the DFTW airport
to the hotel, instead of renting a vehicle. The cost is$18.00 one
way. Their phone is 817.267.5150.

stop now. Distribute info about the convention toeveryone you
know.
The hotel will not be taking reservations until we are in their
system so give it until the end of the week for those toensure you
do not waste your time. Let me know when you do have them made so i
can cross reference them withthe hotel.

productive week already. Our thanks go out to her for
all she does.
The place to be on May 8-10 is Fort Worth, Texas where Dr. Orly
will be holding the convention.
I started calling today organizations for our Friday field trip.
Once they are confirmed, then I will post the ones
participating.

Fundraising for convention.
One of the things I discussed with Dr. Orly, and which she gave
her approval, is selling t-shirts and bumper stickers. I
already spoke with someone about designing a logo for us to use,
and that person has already spoken with Dr. Orlyso we are on our
way.
Defend our Freedoms items will be available before the
convention as soon as the details can be negotiated.

I spoke with the hotel today and she is trying to get some other
reductions on meals for me. I will know more
tomorrow.
I need everyone to send me a request so I can get an idea how
many people are coming. Once we sign the contract
Dr. Orly is committed to that number of rooms. If we do not fill
up the rooms, then she would be responsible for 80%
of the cost of those rooms. Right now that would not be
good!
So, tell your family, friends, and get ready for a great
convention!

created availability problems and was more expensive.
