Managing your membership

Our automated library system allows us to keep your membership account updated at all times and we can give you the status of your account as and when you request for information. However, we recommend that you have one person from your organisation designated as the coordinator of your membership .

Membership cards:

As an Access 10 member you are given ten membership cards .These cards are serially numbered and can be issued to any employee of your organisation. We request the coordinator to keep track of the issue of cards among your employees.

Overdue charges:

Individuals are responsible for any overdue charges on resources that are returned late. The coordinator can inform colleagues about the overdue charges for late returns and request them to clear them immediately, to avoid accumulating overdue charges on your membership account.

Managing your membership

Online access:

As an Access 10 member you are given ten concurrent login ids to access online resources. The login access is exclusively for your organisation’s use. Though these login ids can be shared with any number of employees in your organisation only ten of them can simultaneously access the online resources .

Please use the following login id to change the password or edit the details of your organisation on the online portal. We recommend that the password is changed periodically and your employees are informed about the same.

Exclusive login id for the coordinator is your membership number without the serial number 1 to 10. (Example: ICL0xxxx) The co-ordinator will be our point of contact for your membership and will receive all our communication regarding any programmes, events, overdue items, loss of books, renewal notices etc.

Please do let us know of any change in your contact details to help us keep your account updated.
