Finally, there is laid up for me the
crown of righteousness, which the
Lord, the righteous Judge, will give
to me on that Day, and not to me
only but also to all who have loved
His appearing.
Discussion
1. What issues that are out of your
control do you resent because you
believe they are a handicap to your
life’s purpose? How can God use
them? How can you change the way
you view them?
Discussion
2. The word Paul uses to describe his
emotions while in jail for years is “joy.”
Why was he so contentcontent while his life
was wasting away in prison? What
would your dominant emotion have
been? What is the reason for the
difference between yours and his?
Discussion
3. Which of those six stages do you
think you are in? Do you think you
are “on schedule” to achieve your
life calling? What must you do at this
stage to allow the Holy Spirit to
move you forward?
Discussion
4. Convergence is available to all
believers, but few experience it.
What are the biggest threats to you
reaching that stage in your life
calling?
