Southern Ways, Sunshine Days
Water is the canvas upon which we Southerners paint our lives. Life On The Water celebrates our connection, our lives, and the things that make us spe-cial. Four times a year, we bring the best of the region through feature articles covering topics from destinations, food, art, and music to profiles on the busi-nesses and people that make life on the water so unique.
Life On The Water began as a newsletter for a yacht brokerage, to tell new owners of large boats the places and people they could chart a course to see. It grew into a beautiful magazine with multi-media options, and today includes readers who are not just boat owners, but also RV owners, lake property own-ers, and anyone who loves the water and has a connection with it. Our readers are upscale, mobile, and have disposable income. If you are selling a product, service, or experience and want to attract buyers, Life On The Water is your media choice!
73% of our readers like new challenges 28% of our readers own an RV 52% of our readers have a bachelors degree or beyond 56% of our readers own two or more cars 70% of our readers have retirement savings 39% of our readers have children at home 12% of our readers plan to buy a boat in the next year 96% of our readers say being on the water reduces their stress 64% of our readers plan to take a trip in three months 49% of our readers say their kids are happier and healthier because of their life on the water 27% of our readers own two or more boats 29% of our readers want waterfront property
