Objectives:

1. Develop an implementation plan for their program including the
required faculty development and resources required
2. Translate the RCPSC CBD initiative into a practical curriculum and
resources to allow residents and staff to thrive in this new
educational environment
3. Recognize the potential challenges and pitfalls of implementing
CBME along with proposing some solutions.
