For named individuals and/or companies whose benefits are non-transferable, subject toannual board approval and theArticles ofAssociation of Lincoln City Football Club Co. Ltd.

All benefits given are subject to strict confidentiality between the parties.

1) Acknowledgement of title in match day programme and on official website.

2) Full boardroom facilities for all home games plus one guest.

3) Seat on team coach for all away games for Full Director only.Additional seat availablesubject to availability and charged at ‘Director for a Day’ current price.

4) Any costs incurred for pre-match meals, overnight accommodation plus meals,must bepaid for separately.

5) Full boardroom facilities and seating for all away games plus guest.

6) ‘Directors area’ car park pass for all home games.

7) Attend board meetings, receive minutes and copies of management accounts, and anyother confidential paper work relevant to full directors only. Have full voting rights forall decisions made.

8) Full directors to host business associates and/or family subject to availability of spareseating in the directors’ area.

9) Privileged access to purchase high profile football tickets, subject to availability.(Wembley games, etc)

Investment:-£75,000 (seventy five thousand pounds) in equity.

Associate Directorship

For named individuals whose benefits are non-transferable, subject to annual board approvaland the Articles of Association of Lincoln City Football Club Co. Ltd.All benefits given are subject to strict confidentiality between both parties.This is a socialposition, and there are no voting rights.

1) Acknowledgement of title in match day programme and on official website.

2) Full boardroom facilities for all home games for Associate Director only.

3) Full boardroom facilities and seating for all away games subject to availability.

4) Stadium car park pass for all home games.

5) Invitation to attend team photo-shoot each season.

6) Privileged access to purchase high profile football tickets, subject to availability.(Wembley games, etc)

Cost:-Total £5,000 (FiveThousand Pounds) per year.(£2,500 purchase of shares, and £2,500 +VAT off invoice)

Vice President Package

The following benefits are for a named person.

1) Full Boardroom facilities for one person at all home games.

2) Stadium car park pass for all home games.

3) Acknowledgement of title in match day programme and on official website.

4) Privileged access to purchase high profile football tickets, subject to availability.(Wembley games, etc)

Cost:-Total cost per season:- £2,500 (two thousand five hundred pounds) +VAT.

Gold Membership Scheme

This is a unique 'golden opportunity' to invest in the future of Lincoln City Football Clubvia Lincoln City Supporters’ Trust.This attractive scheme has been developed to enableindividual supporters to influence and become involved in the Club. This is clearlydemonstrated when Gold Members join the Football Club Board on match days or byelecting a Gold Members' representative every two years to sit on the Club Board.

1. Life membership of the Supporters’ Trust.

2. Gold members elect their own director to sit on the Board of the Football Club.

3. Three times per season, all Gold Members meet with the Club Board & footballmanagement to hear what goes on at the Football Club and the plans for the future.This isprior to a match, and includes hospitality and match tickets.

4. Boardroom access with guest one game per each season.

5. £100 worth of shares in the Football Club each year.

Lincoln City Supporters’ Trust

Membership of the Trust gives Imps fans an opportunity to be a part of the future of theFootball Club. Every member is vital in ensuring that theTrust can provide financial supportfor the Club, mainly delivered through share ownership and sponsorship.

With a large share-holding in the Football Club theTrust has influence at the highest levelsincluding two Trust Board Directors on the Board of the Football club.

2. Organised Fan’s Forums as well as celebration dinners and social evenings.

3. At every home league fixture the opportunity to become the ‘fan of the day’ whichincludes a behind the scenes tour.

4. Discounts in the Club shop for Trust members.

12th Man Share Save Scheme

The 12th Man is an autonomous fans’ organisation whose stated aim is to fundraise for theFootball Club.They also operate a savings scheme, to bring funds to the Football Club, andencourage further community ownership of it.

You can make monthly payments from as little as £3 per month, and receive shares in yourown name periodically, subject to rules of the Club, compliance with any relevant legislationand the approval of the Board of Directors of the Football Club.
