Examples of our work

The following items show our depth and breadth ofprofessional experience. Our unique process allowsfor highly varied, customized solutions.

u Advertising: National Awareness Print Campaign

Working with local audiences, we developedhundreds-of-thousands of posters and pamphlets inorder to educate a national audience on thedeveloping issues of voting, democracy,constitutions, pluralism and other messages. Theseproducts were produced for four distinct audiences ineight different languages and required a significantdegree of cultural understanding and creativecoordination in order to ensure timely production androllout of a national campaign.

u Strategic Communications: Message in a Bottle

Our client requested an advertising campaign thatwould reach thousands of religious pilgrims. Workingwith the client and target audience, we developed thegraphics and messages needed to communicate witha foreign audience. Working with local bottling plants,we developed tens-of-thousands of water bottleswith custom labels. We then distributed theseproducts across several cities and communities.

u Information Collection & Analysis:Community Research

Our client was faced with the daunting task ofrebuilding a devastated economic and governancestructure encompassing a population of over two-

million people, two metropolitanareas and hundreds of rural andfarming communities. Our clientengaged us to develop a frameworkto analyze and measure localpopulation perceptions and attitudes

regarding the client’s work. Working with the clientand their constituents, we developed a strategy to re-train local scientists and students and engage themin a twelve month study that continues to provideinsight into local perceptions.

u Public Relations: Scholar Fundraising Support

A philanthropic group required the development ofspecialty marketing products which would be usedto promote scholarships among a national group of high-school children. Working with the client we developed branding and promotional items to support several "game days" and fundraisingevents, including a marathon.

u Public Relations & Media Development: Video

Our client faced tremendous identity and publicconfidence issues as they built up their internalcapacity to defend and protect their citizens. Lincolnworked alongside the clientto develop the narrative,graphics and finaldocumentary film requiredto develop a truthful andcompelling visual storyabout the emerging security forces.

u Media Development: Cartoons Against Crime

Unlike your typical Saturday morning cartoon,this animated series was developed tohighlight the personal suffering caused bycriminals and terrorists in our client’s nation.This series uses dramatic recreations ofterrorist attacks and a simple, personalnarrative to bring home the threat to society.This series was placed in local and regionalmedia, reaching millions of viewers.

u Video: Fundraising Awareness

Because Lincoln teamswere already on the groundin Pakistan, we produced adocumentary portraying the

utter devastation and current relief effortsfollowing the massive earthquake. This videoserved as a reminder to the internationalcommunity to continue their aid and to fulfilltheir promises of support.

u Marketing: Corporate Branding

Al Wathba is an import/export firmspecializing in petroleum chemicals andindustrial products. Working with theprincipals and employees, we developed thecorporate branding needed for Al Wathbato target European and other Western companies.

u New Media: Competitive Internet Strategy

Our client faced a growing number ofcompetitors who used web sites, blogs andother online tools to develop false andinflated stories which harmed the client’sreputation. Our analysts and media expertsdeveloped recommendations to counter theonline threat and continued to monitor theinternet for new messages. Our developmentteam produced a professional online resourcewhich effectively conveyed our client’smessage and countered false rumors andstories posted by the competition.

u Media Planning & Strategic Communications: Foreign Media

Faced with a dizzying array of hundreds ofprint, broadcast and online news sources,our client needed assistance both withmessage development and placement. Wewere engaged to develop a media planningapproach and an 18-month strategy to telltheir story across a diverse group consistingof dozens of different nationalities, ethnicitiesand religious affiliations.
