McKimm Developments was established by Nick McKimm in 1991,starting with his early training as a qualified carpenter and a passionfor building he soon made the transition to Registered Builder.

Since its inception the company has progressively become regarded as one of Melbourne’s leading custom builders. McKimm Developments has gained a reputation for stylish, high-end projects, and are renowned and respected as builderscapable of taking on projects of diverse and complex architecture.

Over time McKimm Developments has built strong relationships with many of Melbourne’s leading Architects. The reasons are simple,apart from our professional friendly manner, Architects are reassuredof our skilled trade resources and expertise to always deliver a qualityproject on time.
