• Affordable yet superior housing units than those usually offered in the
market as the units have higher valuation than its actual acquisition
cost /package price.
• Ideal template of Public-Private Partnership redounding to the advantage
of the unserved/underserved members of the Fund.
• HDMF thru BDS, guides and provides CHI partners with technical
assistance through pre-qualification of its identified project beneficiaries
and training on project documentation.
• Assistance is also extended to CHI partners in coordinating with
government agencies involved with housing (RD, LRA, Assessors Office,
HLURB) to facilitate project implementation.
