various formats and audiences.5. Ensure resources are “reality-based”. Focus
on doable strategies & specific next steps.6. Develop targeted resources that “cover key
concepts in a thorough and concise manner,” are “clear and easy to understand,” and connect to “a larger community of professionals.”

Lessons Learned (3)7. Model for participants the value and behaviors
of a learning organization: Use/share knowledge, and explicitly use evidence/evaluation for improvement.
8. Focus participant attention on salient, immediate work tasks. Don’t bring folks together unless you are clear about purpose/goals/relevance/outcomes.
9. Be nimble. Allow for the goals/purpose to shift or evolve over time.
10.Don’t duplicate – collaborate & integrate.
