• SRO PC reported that industry has provided Wet scrubbing arrangement to the painting section. The waste water generated (Scrubbing water) is disposed by sending it to MEPL Ranjagaon (CHWTSDF) along with paint waste.

• Regional officer Pune has recommended the case for grant consent to establish for expansion, subject to submission of compliance report.

• Industry has not provided VOC control system to paint booth, we may forfeit 1/- Lakhs BG & obtained fresh 2/- lakh BG for compliance within 4 month period.

Hence, granting authority is Consent Committee under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Chairman and Hotel’s name needs to be added in the CC List.

• At present, out of 06 nos. of building, the construction of 03 nos. of building of 132 flats and one commercial building is completed.

• PP has changed the scope of the project without prior approval from MoEF, and instead of construction of remaining 03 Nos. of building of 132 flats; they have started the construction of 16 Nos. of Row houses.

• Board had issued P.D. on 29/06/2011 & PP has submitted their reply for the same. • Promoter has provided 02 Nos of STP’s, one for commercial building and 2nd for

residential building. M/s. Panchshil Tech Park Ltd., sr. no. 191/2A/1/2102, Next to Don Bosco School, Off. Airport Road, Yerawada, Pune.

The case was discussed in CC meeting dtd 04.12.2012 & it was decided to revert with legal opinion alongwith policy in such cases. Accordingly the matter was referred to legal section. The legal section had called required information from RO‐Pune on 24.01.2013, however, meantime PP has submitted desired details vide their letter dtd 05.02.2013.

From the documents submitted by PP Legal section has confirmed that plinth has been completed prior to 07.07.2004, when EC was not required for construction project. Also completion certificate obtained appears to be consistent with the plinth certificate & can be taken into consideration.

Based on the legal opinion, we may consider the case for grant of C to E & O.
