Media information

We believe Liverpool to be the best place to live, work and socialise in and because of this, each issue covers lifestyle content that reflects this.

Liverpool CityLife Magazine is distributed to the vast majority of public places, and to towns and villages located in and around Liverpool.

These include multiple copies to bars, restaurants, cafes, live entertainment venues, accountants, solicitors, hotels, shopping centres, major retailers, and many more public places.

Every copy of Liverpool CityLife Magazine is taken and read by somebody who has actively sought to pick up a copy. This willing readership base represents the heart and soul of our city and county. It isn’t boring, and it isn’t the same as the other magazines that we happily exist alongside.

The more to read... ...the merrier we say!

From Issue 3 onwards, we want to show you just how responsible we are in these tough economic times... ...with the most competitive advertising packages available in Liverpool.

See our rates table for breakdown.

Local, Regional and National Advertising

Along with normal advertising methods, you can ‘Showcase’ your brand with us to the public.

A showcase is a written piece about you, your product and your brand – supported with an advert, sometimes called an ‘advertorial’.

There are times when an advert on its own will have little or no effect on your footfall. So with a ‘double impact’ on the reader, an advert and editorial about yourselves... Will showcase your brand above and beyond your competitors.

For more info, look at the advertising and showcase table at the end of this media pack.

Showcase you and your brand with us...

The content of Liverpool CityLife Magazine is concentrated on the subjects that are important to its reader base. With each section being clearly represented, it’s an easy task to put your finger on the section that you are looking for.

The What’s On Guide is a poignant page that gives the in’s and out’s of the What, Where and When - an all you need to know about forthcoming events in the City. Shows, concerts, events, listings, sporting fixtures and a whole lot more. This essential guide gurantees the shelf life of the magazine throughout the lifetime of each issue.

What are you wearing? What’s the latest look? The Fashion, Health & Beauty section will keep you all up to date.

Other sections cater for all aspects of City life, with additional editorial and features making Liverpool CityLife Magazine the definitive lifestyle magazine .

We hope that you find us a responsible publication never shying away from editorial that needs to be written, including not shying away from developments such as the fact that we as a Nation, are suffering from an economic downturn. We seem to be receiving confusing messages from our Government and the media in general and whilst we recognise the importance of reporting the economic downturn, we also recognise the importance that businesses need to continue and in most cases increase their advertising spend (investment) in order to overcome this downturn positively and quickly.

Client: Liverpool NHS

Project: Customise their brand’s campaign to achieve maximum coverage throughout the publication.

What we did:After talking to the team, it became apparent that the solution to the campaign’s awareness would have to be in the use of multiple impact images throughout the publication. We suggested the use of a ‘Creep banner’ which allows the brand to stay in the mind of the reader. Our concepts led us to engage the use of the front cover and also a full page within the publication.

Our solution has given them something that is slightly different from the ‘norm’ which ultimately increases their brand’s effectiveness.
