Being healthy is taking care of yourself. Ways to take care of yourself is eating the right foods and getting exercise.

During the day you should eat three different meals. And a snack.

- Breakfast- Lunch- Dinner

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast in the most important meal because it gives you the energy to start the day!

LUNCH

While in school or at home you should always eat a healthy lunch. What a healthy lunch could be in a sandwich with fruit or vegetable.

DINNER

Dinner is an important meal because it is the last food that will go into your body until the morning! Eating dinner early is better because it gives you body longer to digest before bed time.

WHY IS EATING HEALTHY

IMPORTANT?

Eating healthy is important because it will keep you from getting sick. It will get you skinny and it will keep you in shape.
