Reminders from Your HOA
Del Webb Naples is an active lifestyle community and it is important that all walkers, jog-gers, bicyclists and golf cart users are courteous to one another. Here are a few reminders regarding the use of sidewalks and cart paths within Del Webb and Bellera:
Sidewalks within the neighborhood areas are for the use of walkers and joggers only. Bicycles and carts should be driven on the roadways.
Along Anthem Parkway, all walkers, joggers, golf carts and bicyclists should be using the cart path. The golf carts should yield to the walkers, joggers and bicyclists.
On the golf course, only golf carts are permitted on the cart paths. Walkers, joggers and bicyclists are not permitted on the golf course and golf course pathways.
Lastly, for all golf cart owners, please make sure that you register your golf cart with the HOA Administration at The Oasis Club, and provide the association with your golf cart in-surance renewal annually. Thank you!

Sales Center Featured Employees: Misty Reynolds-Misty has been working for Pulte for just over three years and has been in the new home construction business for 14 years. She loves comedy and has performed and written with many “well known” comedians. Misty has an exotic breed cat called a “Bengal” and loves the NBA player Kevin Durant. Holly Imbus-Holly Imbus moved into a sales position for Del Webb in 2012. When not on the phone with potential new residents, she is busy with her three children. She enjoys boating at Keewaydin Island, driving around on golf carts, and planning two-day getaways to ride roller coasters with her family at Busch Gardens. Andrew Bratcher-With over eight years of construction and customer service experience, Andy loves to work with people and watch their dreams become a reality. Andy has been happily married to his stunning wife Danielle for the last 14 years and has 3 amazing children: Carson (13), Dawson (5), and Melody (2). He is a member of Life Church in Ft Myers. When not here in Ave Maria, he loves to spend time with his family and also loves music.
Cesar Dobbins-Before working with Pulte, he was an owner/manager of a Landscape/Lawn Care Company for 12 years. He brings over 15 years of management experience in various industries. He has been married for 19 years and has 4 children. Cesar is an active member of his church, Judah Christian Center and involved with his youth group & greeting team.

Our Construction Team is excited to welcome a new addition to our team. Cesar Dobbins will be joining us in construction as our new customer service manager. Nicholas Palomba, our previous Customer Service Manager, has taken a position in Naples with Pulte Homes. We would like to thank Nicholas for all the great things he did here at Del Webb, Naples and also give a warm welcome to Cesar. You will be seeing him around the community.

Message & Golf Tip: Now that we are slowing down our golf season and getting into the warmer months it is important to keep hydrated and cool on the golf course… I recommend drinking plenty of fluids and a good tip to remember is to wipe down your grip of the club before each shot with a towel to maximize grip ability.
Upcoming Golf Events: We will be conducting the golf clinics for men & women during the month of April so please stop into the golf shop for the schedule of clinics for men & women.
Panther Run News: We will also be releasing the upcoming reciprocal list soon which will be starting in May.

Golf Course Dress Code
In order to maintain the quality of excellence and uphold the integrity of one of the finest communities in Southwest Florida, we ask that you abide by these simple dress regulations while enjoying your round of golf here at Panther Run Golf Club at Del Webb. Acceptable attire for gentleman shall include: knee length shorts, dress slacks and collared or mock collared shirts. Acceptable attire for ladies shall include: golf skirts, knee length shorts, collared shirts (sleeveless shirts must have collar) and slacks.
The following clothing is not permitted: Tee Shirts, halter tops, bandanas, denim of any kind, cargo shorts and footwear not designed for golf or athletic activity. All hats must be worn facing forwards. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you enjoy your golf experience.

The temperature continues to stay warm, which means summer is right around the corner. With summer approaching fast, we will begin trimming the plant material in the landscape beds. As you drive around the golf course the next few weeks, you will notice the crew trimming the grass plants in the landscape beds. This is an important and healthy practice. The old, brown, dead plant material will be cut from the plant. This will help promote new healthy growth as the grass plants begin to start actively growing.
As the grass plants are trimmed back, the bed space is opened up to more light, water, and nutrients. This process promotes weed growth. To help reduce the weed pressure, the grass plant trimmings are typically left in the beds. The old plant material acts as a mulch and natural weed barrier. The trimmings will also break down returning nutrients to the soil for the plant to reuse. While the plant is recovering, weeds will continued to be sprayed and pulled in the landscape beds.
After the grass plants are finished being trimmed, we will start our perennial landscape material trimming. This will include plants such as firebush, thryallis, green arboricola, trinnette arboricola, gold mound duranta, and cocco plum found on the golf course.

SPRING IS IN THE AIR AND IT’S TIME TO GET HEALTHY!!!
NEW!! Kathy Delaney will be starting Classes and Workshops in April!!
Every WEDNESDAY at 3:30pm in the Movement Studio she will teach THERAPEUTIC STRETCH and ALIGNMENT CLASSES Starting April 1st! These classes are designed to improve flexibility and tone in all major muscle groups, increase mobility in restricted joints, improve vertical alignment, reduce chronic pain and renew function and overall health. Chairs will be used in class to assist with balance and restrictive movement. Classes will be weekly and are $10. Each/ $5. For Massage Club Members. Reservations required weekly.
NEW! HEALTH BUILDING WORKSHOP ON SATURDAY, APRIL 25th, 11:00am – 1:00pm
This Workshop will explore the Impact that LIVE FOOD has on your health, the im-portance of Pure Water and the Healing Power of Colors. Demonstrations will include Water Purification, the Art of Sprouting, how to make Fresh Juices, Rainbow Salads and Healthy Salad Dressings. An awesome healthy Lunch will be enjoyed by all. Tips on Meal Planning and Foods to Avoid will also be discussed. This workshop will be held in the Oasis kitchen area and the cost is $25. / $20 for Massage Club Members

Fun with Tina Raymond…March was a fabulous month full of many memories at Del Webb! I was pleased with participation in all events and we had some really great times together. Bingo was great with over 50 people in attendance, I saw many residents while mingling at the Touch of the Irish event in Ave Maria, Constitution had a lovely block party, Taco & Movie night had record breaking numbers, our St. Patrick’s Day Celebration was smaller than expected but very well received, Steve Valdaspino wowed us with his Starry night event, our Country Barbecue received rave reviews other than the unexpected heat in March, our beautiful ladies did a fabulous job modeling in our Fashion Show, Name that Tune Bingo was a big hit, and our Concert by the Pool was well attended! We sure had a fun-filled month and it was great to see so many old & new faces! April is a month where are seasonal residents usually say farewell for the warmer months. Activity slows down just a bit but as always I encourage your participation and welcome suggestions! Join us on April 10th at 1:00 PM for our Social Committee Meeting. Happy Easter to everyone!
