Livingston County MO Hunting & Recreational Property with Cabin

The balance of the farm consists of primarily hardwood timber. TSI (Timber Stand Improvement) work
was recently performed with three objectives in mind. Improve the timber stand, increase bedding habitat,
and increase the amount of native browse. A very select cut was performed to open up these areas to
increase the native browse and some of the south facing slopes was hinge cut to create additional
bedding areas. In a few short years, this farm will be the thickest and tightest farm in the whole
neighborhood. With this amount of newly developed cover and the volume of food this farm can produce,
you can count on holding and growing large caliber deer on this farm. Another advantage this particular
farm offers is the extensive trail system is in place, allowing for undetected entry and exit throughout the
