General information
The opening session will be on July 27th (Thursday) at 5:30 pm.
On July 27th participant materials (bags) will be available from 2:00 am to 7:00 pm. Participants may also take their
materials and bags along the congress.
The closing Ceremony will be on July 30th at 4:00 pm, includes the announcement of SBBq Awards for bests poster
presentations and 20th Prize for Young Talent in Life Sciences.
1. Registration Desk
The Registration Desk is available for information and distribution of badges and bags.
Upon arrival participants have to register at the Congress Secretariat in order to receive their materials including badges. Badges are needed to attend the congress scientific and social activities.
Participants should present their registration number to receive their materials
2. Poster Session Poster title has to be the same on the accepted abstract. Posters have to be in English. Each poster has a specific position, which is identified by a letter and a number. The list of posters, authors and abstracts is only available in the “participant reserved area” at the congress website. Area available for posters is 1.20 m x 0.9 m (height x width). Posters that remain after 7:00 pm will be discarded. Posters sessions are scheduled on:
July 27th (Thursday) from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm
