Discuss.

What are the qualifications for election as president and what are the conditions of President's

Office? How the President of India is elected and what is the Procedure for appointment of the

President of India? What are the term of President's office and President's emoluments

(salary) and allowances? Shall an out going President be eligible for re-election? When does a

vacancy casually oceur in the office of President and how is it filled? Describe the Procedure

for impeachment of the President.

Give light on the Constitution of Parliament. Discuss the Functions and Powers, Privileges and

Immunities of Parliament and its members.
