Lloyd Electric and Engineering Ltd. (LEEL), is part of a reputed business house in Indiaand a leading system solutions provider of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) for the Railroad Industry. With our in-house capability to design, develop, manufacture and maintain highly engineered HVAC systems, Lloyd today is a well-knownbrand for HVAC, supplying leading Rolling Stock and Locomotive manufacturers. When it comes to development of rail HVAC applications, our company offers the benefit of decades of experience in research, development and manufacture of industrial coolers and air-conditioning units for the construction business and energy industry. All Janka railway HVAC equipment is engineered according to specific customer‘s requirements. We offer solutions created with a focus on reliability, easy handlingand servicing coupled with the careful selection of high quality componentsand materials.
Testing is an essential part of our production process, beginning with the concept design and all the way through the completion of the development phase and delivery to our customer. This enables Janka to guarantee that all the required performance parameters of our products are met. After-sales service for our equipment within the EU is provided by our Czech Republic based service centres. Globally, we provide this service via an extensive network of service companies located in the specific countries of operation. Depending on thelocation, these service companies are contracted partners or other members of LLOYDRAIL SYSTEMS.

Case studies LLOYD RAIL SYSTEMS offers a wealth of experience globally; designing and manufacturing equipment for a wide scope of different passenger car and locomotive types. With multiple centres of competence featuring cross-functional design teams we have a solid track record of providing highly reliable HVAC and cooling equipment for all environments. The following case studies offer a selection of examples, demonstrating our depth of experience in not only milder environments such as Europe or the picturesque tourist routes of New Zealand, but our ability to design equipment to operate in the mostdemanding climates, for example the blistering temperatures of the Western Australian desert, the extremes of North America or the combination of very high temperatures and humidity in India.
