1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Personal Characteristic Profile
I consider myself to be a hard working and dedicated individual who
possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I am able to work in varied and energetic environments comprising of teams or preferably
as an individual exercising competent and consistent characteristics.
I am particularly optimistic, ambitious and self-motivated, and have excellent problem solving abilities. I thoroughly enjoy taking on new challenges and
have the ability to handle pressure without any reluctance. I believe I am essentially goal driven and deadline driven by nature and present
professionalism in my conduct at all times. My strong accuracy and attention to detail skills as well as my ability to learn at a fast pace ensures that I effectively complete tasks.
1.2 Professional Career Experience
I was employed as the Human Resources Manager for a company called Sobane Outsourcing, based in Jet Park with branches in Durban, Richards Bay and Cape Town. My primary role was optimizing and directing the
company's internal as well as external litigations and co-coordinating all union negotiations whether plant level, Bargaining Council level or at CCMA
level including also doing the same by being sub contracted to a number of other companies.
Management of about 1200 employees at the same time.
I have extensive working experience in the transport and logistics industry as well as the wholesale and retail industry. During this time, I have worked with
other highly experienced, competent, dedicated and well trained individuals, from wide-ranging fields, that have enhanced my knowledge, and that in turn has enhanced my professional development ability.
1.3 Professional Career Objectives
My role originated from commencing my career working in the store learning about maintenance and parts at a previous employer. I am driven by working in the transport field and achieving positive and productive results and
outcomes. I would like to suitably and valuably apply myself in the transport environment where I would have opportunities for growth, training, self
development and job stability. I believe that with my past experiences I can add tremendous value to an organization and I further consider myself an asset to my future prospective employer.
